Stan Milovancev : FINANCE

Stan Milovancev, CPA, QKA, is a values-driven executive with more than 30 years of experience leading growth, operational transformation, and cultural excellence across financial services firms. As CoChief Executive Officer of Prosperity Capital Advisors, he guides execution and leadership development while fostering a people-first culture.

Stan’s career began at Ernst & Young, where he built a strong foundation in accounting and finance. He transitioned into the retirement plan industry with a boutique pension administration firm, which was later acquired by Charles Schwab, where he helped grow a leading national retirement record keeping platform. Here he learned firsthand how to scale entrepreneurial innovation within a larger company structure.

He went on to serve as President of ValMark Securities, deepening his understanding of insurance, annuity solutions, and broker-dealer operations. Later, he held executive roles at a highly respected RIA, Sequoia Financial Group, with strong ties to the accounting industry. Most recently, he served as President of CBIZ Investment Advisory Services, overseeing a $70 billion RIA platform and leading integration strategies across tax, benefits, and wealth management.

Stan’s blend of entrepreneurial agility, enterprise discipline, and humanistic philosophy helps Prosperity scale while staying grounded in its mission to deliver best-interest holistic financial planning to families nationwide. His leadership style is emotionally intelligent, intellectually curious, and grounded in what he calls “integrative thinking”—balancing short-term profitability with long-term quality and growth. 

“Building people” is one of Stan’s passions in leadership. He believes organizations thrive when individuals do, and that high-performing teams, culture, and client outcomes all begin with the personal development of each teammate. 

At Prosperity Capital Advisors, Stan leads day-to-day operational execution, team alignment, and executive management. He also plays a key role in articulating and implementing the firm’s evolving dual-path advisor model, supporting both for a unified firm.

His upbringing, rooted in faith, family, and resilience, continues to shape his worldview and leadership style. Married for over 30 years, he and his wife Annie have three adult children. He is deeply committed to lifelong learning, and his study is filled with books on leadership, psychology, faith, and strategy.

Chet Beetler : FAITH

Chet is passionate about helping others connect to Jesus Christ and has served in local church ministry and military chaplaincy. He has been on staff at Christ Church since 2004 and currently leads their West Campus. He received his education from Cleveland State, Ashland Seminary, and Midwestern Seminary. Chet and Allie were married in 2013 and have two daughters and a son: Emmery, Abby, and Teddy. 

Michael Murray : FAculty

Michael is the owner of Textbook Painting. Textbook Painting has been Cleveland’s house painters for 20 years. Founded in 2006, by Michael to provide local homeowners a necessary service, while at the same time to provide employees with a great place to work where they can have full-benefits and a respectful work environment.

While a student at Miami University in Oxford, OH, Michael ran painting businesses during the summer to help pay for tuition and textbooks. He realized that he was able to offer affordable prices to homeowners while delivering superior quality by only using top quality products and hiring other clean cut, ambitious students who took a lot of pride in their work and aimed to please.

Today, Textbook Painting continues to set the standard for customer service in the painting industry in the Cleveland and Akron market.

Mike Soster : FITNESS (for all levels)

A graduate of North Royalton High School, Mike entered the armed forces in December 2001, where he served 6-years in the United States Air Force as an F-15 Avionics Specialist. He later attended East Carolina University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Fitness. A short tour in San Diego under the direction of fitness expert Todd Durkin, allowed him the opportunity to work with NFL superstars such as Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers, Shawn Merriman, and several others, which he claims to be paramount to his success as an effective Strength and Conditioning coach. He completed his Master of Science degree in 2010 from California University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Human Performance and Injury Prevention.

Bellwether Farm is bordered on three sides by the Vermilion River and offers exceptional and diverse opportunities for educational programming.

Our 137-acre property includes farmland, woodlands, meadows, hiking trails, picnic pavilions, playing fields, and a five-acre pond. 

This new center exemplifies green building and features super energy-efficient structures, renewable energy technology, water reclamation systems, and repurposed materials. Together the site and its facilities serve as vehicles for teaching the wider community about sustainable living and care of this good earth.
